Saw this and wanted to use it but there were so many different things that you had to do just to rent one not to say the amount of money you had to pump into the app before you could even rent it. Tried twice and gave up. Lousy interface pls fix it

easy to use, convenient, fast charging, easy to return

This app is excellent to use during emergencies and in need of a quick charge. 🙏🙏 Although the app itself is a bit laggy, the interface is still very easy to navigate so I didn’t have any problems using this.

Had to charge my phone urgently at Suntec City mall hence I downloaded the app and paid $20 deposit via Paynow. I requested for refund after I returned the power bank and the refund was returned to my bank account immediately. Will use again

Laggy app and slow charging. Will not recommend to use their service unless you needed it desperately.

I didn't receive my $20 deposit even after a week.
