If GPS is off, map does not load. When a point is selected, tapping on map does not hide the selection dialog. App could load map faster. On the plus side, pricing at the €/kWh is interesting and also fair (because only based on real energy consumption). Opening hours for individual charging spots are given. The network also seems to be expanding. I am pleased to see DEI making headway in the EV charging infrastructure and as an access provider and even EVSE operator itself. Nevertheless, the iOS app could use some optimizations to continue to improve the overall user experience. 🙂

Since the new version, the app is only in greek on my devices ! It used to be in english and I don’t see how we can switch back to english !

Έχετε εγκατεστημένους τους ταχυφορτιστές σας έξω από το Markt στην Θεσσαλονίκη και όλοι την συγκεκριμένη χρονική ΟΛΟΙ άδειοι και χρεώσατε 1€ γιατί δεν πήγαμε εκεί άμεσα? Πόσο πιθανό είναι πιστεύεται ότι θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσω? Έχετε καθίσει να σκεφτείτε ότι δεν μπορεί κάποιος απλά να παρατήσει το καρότσι στη μέση του διαδρόμου και να τρέξει στο αυτοκίνητο του? Ή δεν έχετε πάει ποτέ σε μεγάλο market? Ντροπή πραγματικά να χρεώνετε έτσι και μάλιστα χωρίς να το αναφέρετε πουθενά κατά την έναρξη της φόρτισης για ενημέρωση του πελάτη όπως θα ήταν θεμιτό!

…so, not worth going out of your way. I have repeatedly tried to charge (ac) with an error message ensuing. Tried again- no cigar. Too bad, as they purport to have fast chargers as well. Hopefully they’ll recruit developers who know their stud, but until then do yourself a time & aggravation saving favour: stay away.

Η φόρτιση κράτησε 3 λεπτά Με χρεώσατε 15€ πριν ξεκινήσει η φόρτιση , η απόδειξη ήρθε 0,13€ αναμονή για τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση 1,5 ώρα !!!!! προσπαθώ να σας γράψω δεν λειτουργεί !!!!!!!!το κουμπί αποστολή
