Login issue

I wish I could give zero star. Worst app. Have to login every time I open the app.

No biometric login. No UPI payment

This was the best MF app till few days back. Since last update I see biometric login is not working and everytime it asks for mpin. While this can still be fine but the app is also not giving UPI payment option. For me that makes it completely useless for me. I am unable to invest even though I want to.

Used to be a good app

PPFAS used to be a good app before this update. After opening the app doesn’t take me to login page as it used to previously. Instead takes me to mPin page. And no matter how many times we try changing the mPin - it simply doesn’t accept. Unable to see my portfolio. Plz act ASAP

Problem in Login.

I am not able to able to log in via app Please check In IOS even after your latest update . Still the problem is not resolved after complaining .

Not working

Not working, doesnot allowing creation of folio

Can’t open

The app is not working in my device even I car access after folio no. Apply. Seems to be not working in ios 16

Unable to login

With the new version, I had to relogin. After entering folio number and pin, I’m unable to proceed further. There is no login or submit button on the screen to click. Need help. Update: It’s been more than 3mos but still unable to login to the app. Wondering if it’s so hard to release a new build supporting ios 16.x version. Pathetic!!!
