I play this app a lot and I win A LOT. I play with a group of 10+ people and I have placed 1st 22+ out of the last 30 games and 2nd or 3rd at least 5+ out of those. I have played over 50,000 hands and I rarely lose. That said, without a shadow of a doubt, the card distribution and runouts in this game are not realistic. Almost every game one player will win 40/50 consecutive hands, usually me. I am a pretty solid loose aggressive player but the game definitely favors loose play and rewards those who chase at an unrealistic rate. Almost every flop is an action flop where everyone has something. Overall, the app experience and interface is great but it is not realistic. I actually feel bad for the people I’m playing with because I know the app is giving me great hands and flops at an insane rate. I’m not sure if this is due to my play style or what. If I played in real life how I play on this app, I would lose a lot of money.

I don't know why I was banned from the game after I made a purchase I tried to access the support link from this app platform and the link opens an error page It's enjoyable but I don't recommend spending any money at all It's not worth getting banned after spending money on any game I know I don't use the chat feature so I can't imagine what would be the reason behind the ban I did reach out to the email address and apparently because I filed a dispute with Apple Pay over this app billing me 3x for one purchase they decided to ban my account for fraudulent dispute without reaching out to me at all. I've had my account for years and never had any problems and I attempted to reach out to the customer support through the all and on this platform both it provided an error message then I went to my Apple Pay to file a dispute. That is a bad reason to bad your members and I'm no longer interested in playing on your platform. The rep who responded to me asked for proof of being triple billed after I reached out to them but I really don't care to play on your platform anymore this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and turned me off as a player My advice to other players is don't pay money they will have errors where they triple bill you then are inaccessible when you need to get the money back then block your account for filing a dispute There are plenty of other platforms Don't waste your time, it's a bug headache and erases all good past experiences Good luck to you all

Loved to play on this app, tracks all your stats, your winning, and love the features on the app

Played for years and the river seems to give the opponents the win a big percentage of the time especially if the are the chip lead or been aggressive with bets

Makes you win couple of times and then, BAMMMMM!!! Takes all the money back and then some. All the bad beats. Its a JOKE. All i can say is WOW! Good luck on loosing. Lol

Before you waste money in your club, the run outs are some of the most rigged run outs ever

This is the worst app to play poker, every single hand is a bad beat. Rigged app!

There are major glitches And the hands are consistently extremely unrealistic.

It’s so obvious to many of us know.. it’s play money but it would be fun if it is truly randomized as opposed to rigged algorithm. If your plan is for folks to pay for Diamond then sorry I won’t be the one to do so. End of chips... App gets deleted.. your patterns are so obvious now that it can be predicted on a regular basis..
