Practo - Consult Doctor Online

App should allow to enter patient name age etc before consultation start so that dr need not to ask it again . It will save time for all.

Not all listed tests on the booked package are tested. I suggest go with nearest reliable testing CENTER

I was charged more consultation fees at the clinic. But there is no support provided by practo they have bad customer support.

Doctors not up to the mark and are a waste of time and money.

Good doctors and apt response

Has become useless. I couldn’t get a doctor in the middle of the night when it is supposed to be round the clock. Tried 4 different doctors and paid each time. None were available. Used to be a good system with quick access to medical advice before you actually visit a doctor. Cannot book in clinic visits also, wasn’t confirmed for Max hospital.

Really bad experience using the app and this was the second time that I wanted to book a video consultation but the app didn’t work well and it was so difficult to show my skin concern with the doc on a video call. Really bad experience pls kindly make the changes.

After payment no proper response from doctors and no customer support to contact practo if any issues as well

The doctor cancelled the appointment and Practo marked no show for this and blocked my account.
