MEET THE TEAM
LushTums was set up in 2007 by founder, Clare Maddalena, who has now been teaching yoga for over 20yrs. Clare became passionate about helping people enjoy pregnancy and prepare for birth and motherhood after the birth of her first child; she made this her life's work. In 2013 Clare began training people to become LushTums teachers. These wonderful teachers teach all over the UK and beyond and now online as part of LushTums At Home! Collectively LushTums teachers have taught hundreds of thousands of people and now we look forward to welcoming you to the mat too! All classes offer our signature approach; being highly tailored to a mum's changing body with a thorough understanding of anatomy and the effects of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Using tried and tested practices over many years, you are in safe hands with us. LushTums is a joy for the body, mind and heart.
