Brilliant friendly driver !

Absolutely dreadful service by the driver and company. We ordered a 7 seater only a 6 seater arrived. The driver was rude and abnoxious, stating we don’t do 7 seaters so they must be sending another taxi, no apology or explanation regarding this. Premier should have contacted me explaining this when I pre booked the taxi , instead we had to pay for 2 taxis
