It’s is the worse application to use they charge you even if you never ever use it and customer service unqualified and they don’t have any offers I canceled it because of those reasons and they only care about to take money from you so bad service
You need to add a place where you can access or request the statement and also search shops by using location (even if by major malls)

I encountered several issues with Premium Card that left me extremely dissatisfied. Firstly, I was unable to pay my installment through either the InstaPay app or the Fawry app. When I attempted to contact customer service for assistance, I found their IVR system to be the most confusing and unhelpful system I have ever experienced. There were no clear options to speak with a customer service representative. Furthermore, a collection representative contacted me in an aggressive and unprofessional manner. Despite explaining that I was unable to make payments through the applications and providing screenshots of the errors, he was impolite and unhelpful. After weeks of persistent attempts to reach customer service, I finally managed to get through to a representative. However, I was informed that I had contacted the wrong department to address my issue. When I tried to reach the correct department as instructed, no one answered my call. The level of service I have received from Premium Card has been extremely disappointing, with a lack of assistance, unprofessional behavior, and a frustratingly ineffective customer service system. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

ابلكيشن زبالة وخدمة عملاء زي الزفت وشركة نصابة وخدمة عملاء ابشع ما يمكن مينفعش اصلاً يكونوا بشر عشان يشتغلوا خدمة عملاء
انتو شركة نصابة خلتوني اعمل الكارت بسرعة وقولتولي كاش باك وزفت ومحدش قالي شروط اي حاجة كأني هفهم أنا كل حاجة لوحدي بعد معملته بقيتو بتزلوني علي اي معلومة لا لازم تشتري حاجة عشان يتفعل وبعد كده لا لازم تدفع اول قسط ولما ادفع لا ده لازم القسط يكون يوم26 هل أنا هعرف الكلام ده لوحدي ، و اكتشفت ان الكارت وقف و اكتشفت اني لازم ادفع القسط من تاني يوم ما فعلت الكارت اول مره في التاريخ اشوف ان لازم تدفع قسط تاني يوم مش زي الشركات التانيه بتدفع نفس التاريخ الشهر الجاي لا ده تاني يوم تفعيل بتدفع قسط !!! ده غير بفضل بالنص ساعة علي الويتينج عشان أوصل لحد ومبعرفش وأبعت هنا محدش معبرني بالأيام بجد أسوء تجربة كانت معاكم ومنصحش اي حد يتعامل معاكم وتبعتولي بعد كده حد قليل الزوق يكلمني وبعد كده تقولولي لا والله ده كده ضاع عليك حاجة في قمة قلة الزوق
لماذا لا يتم الدفع بالفيزا عن طريق الابلكشن مثل فاليو
