Since last year I can’t operate your app on my iPhone… I have gone to the bank so many times to complain but nothing has been done about it 😤😒

This is really terrible. What’s the point of using the app if I can’t get the receipt of my transaction immediately? Even the recent transactions takes days to update. That is very poor. Do better!

You guys need to work on you mobile app as soon as possible, the app is very very slow in all areas on IOS even when someone want to transfer to other bank and so on. Your search for others bank is not even going through and it return to where you enter the amount you want to send to other bank after you have enter it before someone enter his password.

Pls work on the transfer side. When transferring money, the app doesn’t show successful.

While trying to register, OTP is not dropping for me on my registered number
