Prepaid by Commerce Bank

This app is beyond frustrating. I can never log in and haven’t been able to for a year. Whenever I click “forgot my password”, it says it has sent me an email, yet I doesn’t send me anything. I have tried this probably 50 times, and I know my correct email because they send me emails! I have called customer service to try and solve this, but they haven't helped. It’s so frustrating, and I know my friends have also had similar issues.

I’ve never had worse experience with Banking than with Commerce. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

This app is pitiful I cannot get registered and it keep saying that security information is incorrect

Can never login. Always get an error message but am able to login on my computer so I know it is the app and not my login info.

It doesn’t accept your username and password. Then when you try to reset your password it’s limited on the number of characters you can submit for your email.

I have an account and I can’t log in on the app for more than 2 weeks now. Please do something. Thanks!

App never works always says try again later

Haven’t been able to log in for over a week. Can’t check my balance on the go without a small few dollar purchase. Please fix as I do go out on the go often and I need to be able to check by balance. 2 stars until fixed
