Bad costumer service

You must download another app to work with…than go back, select with preset you liked…than add it to another app, COPY the preset settings, open another picture and PAST the preset settings. For real??? DO NOT recommend! Not easy, not quick… I prefer to use Lightroom or Photoshop than this app

I wanted to try it out, but there’s no way you can. Everything thing I tried took me right over to the payment options.

Can someone tell me why certain FREE ones say download failed when I try to share it to Lightroom I’ve contacted support several time no answer

Wish i could give this app more stars. It says some presets are free but not all of them will work even tho it says “free.” Reached out to preseters team to ask why it won’t work and they won’t respond. I used editing apps a lot for my sons photos & Instagram and will not be recommending this one

So I’ll start out by saying, I started using this app last year when it was completely free. It was my favorite app and really helped me get into editing photos. Very easy to use I loved it recommended it to everyone. Well then this year a few months ago you guys decided to make it no longer free to use. So at that point it’s not worth it to me. The app began to get really confusing things were more glitchy. I try to download it a few times since and just deleted it each time. Until last night I really wanted to give this app another shot. So I re-downloaded it, first thing opening it a message pops up. “You won a free gift! Of a LIFETIME GOLD MEMBERSHIP” I was so excited I said what a score this is cool! So I go to use the app, and it seemed actually like it improved A LOT. As far as the app itself I’m super happy with and would easily give 5 stars. I’m glad the makers of this app really fixed all its bugs, made the layout better and easier to use. Plus now using and importing the presets is a whole lot easier then before! Though the first preset I did try to use it said “new” when I imported the picture it wasn’t the same as the photo originally showed and it wasn’t a DNG file photo so there was no presets on the photo when imported to Lightroom. But that was the only preset I ran into this issue with and since it was a new one I figure it was a one time mistake with whoever uploaded it. All the others were perfectly fine. This morning I was going to write a 5 star all around review but by the end of the night last night after I closed the app out snd re-opened it all of a sudden it doesn’t say I have a GOLD MEMBERSHIP. It NOW IS MAKING ME PAY THE $30 a year or $5 a month. It for some reason took away that LIFE TIME GOLD MEMBERSHIP. That y’all gave to me. Why would you guys give out a free LIFE TIME GOLD MEMBERSHIP, to only take it away in the same day? That makes no sense to me. I personally don’t and won’t ever pay for presets, I would have maybe considered it before receiving that life time gold membership but now that y’all gave it to me and took it away I definitely won’t ever be spending money on this app. I just find that so wrong. If someone could explain this to me I’d be very much grateful
