Presets that I have paid for are not in any way copying to Lightroom even though I am acting according to instruction. Support email is not working,ypu cannot in any way contact the provider, so how on earth can I cancel this subscription and return the money as it is absolutely useless waste of money for something that is not working. Dissapointed.
I purchased 19.99$ for years subscription and then I want to try presets or Ig highlights it shows that I have to buy but i already bought

App just stopped working I’ve paid twice and can’t even use it!
I purchased a year subscription. Can’t even use it because there is no filter available. Don’t spend your money. This is a trashy app.

Not sure what happened… this app doesn’t work anymore and you don’t have access to any filters even when you get the subscription. Hopefully, there will be a new update soon to fix this.
I really wanted to like this app, seriously. However, I fail to understand why you (and others) develop apps for the iPad and yet do not take into account the ‘Landscape’ nature of the iPad. When I downloaded the app, I was presented with a Vertical format only, and no orientation to Landscape, so I promptly removed it. Few things are as irritating as trying to edit an image on a device designed to be viewed in a landscape format and forced to work in a vertical format. Get back with me when you develop and or include the Landscape option.
I made a mistake when buying this, I’M TRYING TO GET A REFUND and nobody is answering me, I wanted the free trial and I purchased it by accident.
