I purchased the “All Lightroom presets” which is meant to give access to a variety of presets. Instead of having a wide selection, most presets are unavailable. I’m very unhappy with my purchase.

It won’t even load into the app!
No presets even when i buy it !
I just buy the one month and the pic not even shows to me there is no pictures and presets !!!!!!! Is this possible I cannot believe this
Doesn’t work
I open the app and I doesn’t even take my to the page it just leaves me on the loading screen.
