PreSonus QMix®-UC

:( works well on iPad but really needs updated for iPhone X etc...

Just shows grey channels without content

This is a great app but this update has broken the remote control over our aux mixes on our studio live 32 channel desk. QMix-UC connects but there is no control over anything despite the permissions being correct on the universal control app on the Mac.

We’re forced to use the iPad version to control the mix. Landscape doesn’t work. Needs to be fixed.

Sorry, but I think its just stupid not having an iPad Version of this App Could you please provide it?

When it works, it’s cool! It just isn’t reliable. Fixing app this should be top priority for Presonus, because it makes some of their best features completely irrelevant.

Please update this app. It’s very inconsistent and does not work as well as it should. Great app in theory, just needs bugs worked out of it.

My church has used this app for several weeks now with little issues. However, this past week, the levels for two separate mixes defaulted back to an unknown default setting and would not allow us to adjust levels until closing the app and reopening. This is a huge issue with live performances as several instruments in the mix suddenly change volume levels. In addition to this recent issue, several phones have not been able to use the landscape setting and therefore they cannot adjust levels at all. This is also a vital issue as the app is basically useless to those individuals. Please update this app and correct these bugs. I noticed it’s been 2 years since an update and reading through the reviews, these are common issues and my problem is by no means unique.

So now that i want to use my studio live RM32 AI The app on the iPad works. But the one on my phone to control the mix for each musician. Is not connecting to the mixer ,,, cant even see it on the iPhone app ? Need an update for this guys
