Always good from Presto

Order took nearly 2 hours. Phoned and told on its way which was a blatant lie as only a 5 minute drive and order arrived another 40 minutes later while on the phone cancelling the order. Will never order again. Best to go through JustEat or Foodhub to get a decent pizza delivery.

Easy to use

I have used you for a long time and have never been disappointed! you need to put a cap on delivery times and not take money if you’re closed! I would like a full refund and won’t be ordering again

Regular customer took 2 hours for food to arrive by then not hungry. Ordered early because being in a village I know it takes longer. Paid by card if I had not they would of not been paid asked for a refund but will see. Can’t fault there food but customer service not food lovely apoloytic delivery guy did not know we had been waiting that long
