Constantly losing out on shops because the app will show them and once you pan over to another spot, they go away. Then sometimes come back later if you’re lucky. OR you select to do one shop and start to plan a route, all for them to disappear and not able to complete a route worth taking. Always having this issue and you guys haven’t had any updates in over a year! This isn’t ok. Also, it keeps saying I need to have a valid email. I do and have been. Your systems should be able to recognize who does and doesn’t have an issue and properly contact them.

This app freezes or crashes constantly — even just when scrolling (not necessarily only mid-job). The only fix is a phone restart, which is hella annoying after multiple times. I’m ditching this app today.

If I try open app the screen is blue. Please help me I don’t see any information in this app

Positives about the app: more decent paying options for secret shopping. Negatives about the app: timer is off occasionally such as when I want to do a McDonald’s shop it offers it during the lunch or dinner time, but then doesn’t give you enough time to complete it the next day during breakfast. It’s only giving a four hour window to complete a breakfast shop but doesn’t make it available until lunchtime. When I try to put a help ticket in regards to this issue the submit button does not work and there is no stop ticket created. Cannot find any other way to contact Presto shopper to let them know there is an issue. I will probably continue to keep checking to see if the issue is fixed but at this time I can no longer use the app because it just keeps wasting my time. I’m not going to go through with a shop and have it at the wrong time of day specified and not get paid for it.

The concept is great but the app just doesn’t work. I have to delete and re-install daily. Today it install, i have shops awaiting review so i can’t walk away

One star app. The app is constantly crashing and it’s glitchy. The mystery shopping company is one of the best though. An issue from time to time, these mystery shop companies all have an issue from time to time.

Presto shopper is a scam, so beware! I have been trying to get my money from a mystery shop for WEEKS, when it was only supposed to take 1 day. They keep declining my shop for no reason, so that they don’t have to pay me . I will be taking legal action if I am not at least reiumbursed. Learned my lesson with this one! NEVER AGAIN!

App is as useless as the company. I did several McDonald’s shops thru this app and never got paid. Company came up with every excuse in the world not to pay. Scam app

Always says I am not connected to the internet

This made my shop take hours longer than it had to. I’ve asked the company to never assign me apps that require presto. Frequency time outs, freezes, errors syncing, loading, literally everything. Do better.
