All I want to do is set the parameters for my treadmill exercise. But there is no option on the treadmill or the app. You have to select manual run and adjust the workout you want AS YOU RUN and set to favorites for next time. Not being able to input our own courses is frustrating. Provide the templates and let use adjust incline and speed before running the course. 3 - 1 interval is great but let us choose the intensity of the workout and cooldown.

Don’t bother installing - there’s no way to create an account. You’ll just be deleting the app right away anyway.

Can’t even log in anymore

Why doesn’t this garbage app sync from the machine to iOS Health ?!

So spent time creating two accounts and agreeing to some bad privacy policies only to find out there’s literally nothing useful in this app. It has nothing specifically for pre or. Just some generic workouts and an the horrible EGYM app underneath. It doesn’t even integrate with Apple Health. None of my workouts show up. So there is zero reason to use this app because if you go for a walk with your watch it won’t show up in activity here. There’s also no Apple Watch app so you have zero way to make it work even if you wanted to use their horrible software.

We’re very disappointed with this app after being sold the trm445. This app does next to nothing and looks like it was developed in 2004. X-capture doesn’t work. Nothing about this app functions well and is a huge downside to the purchase of the trm445 as I was looking to something better to track and program workouts. Buyers remorse 100%.

As far as I can tell, this app is sort of worthless. It doesn’t seem to understand the Precor machines any better than any app would.

Tried to set up an account with the app, but stalled trying to submit new account data. Could not login with the app after this although it seemed to have accepted my email. Password reset on the app worked, with an email link taking me to on the online portal. Logged out and logged in again online, worked fine. Still unable to login with app, since “the email address and password are not recognized,” despite confirming it is all correct. Useless app if it can’t figure out the most basic task of registration and login. And,!of course, the web portal is useless for working out.

I did a workout today and it showed up on my achievement but not on my workout log?? It also says it connects to Apple health app but it doesn’t send any data. So LAME!!
