The Jersey Consumer Council have created this free independent price comparison app, in conjunction with ESH Solutions Ltd, to provide Islanders with up-to-date prices for their core grocery shopping.
It not only enables consumers to make informed choices about their shopping, but also encourages greater competition with the aim to drive down prices. We anticipate the grocery list increasing over time with the hope to include other products such as fuel and electrical goods in the future.

Simple, straightforward app that does what it says.

Provides a set of prices for core items for comparison from local stores with scope for increasing ranges. Gives fuel forecourt prices for island garages. Allows for simple email queries to be sent to app developers for support. Helpful little tool to allow consumers to compare store prices and make as informed a shopping choice as possible. It can only get better as more products are added.

Doesn’t fit on iPhone

Useless, doesn’t fit on iPhone screen. Very poor work. I would get my money back from the developer if I was you! Delved deeper and it is poorer than I initially realised. An easily copied app executed in a really bad way! Seriously this is an embarrassment!

Does Not Work

Half baked app which doesn’t work and is an embarrassment to the Consumer Council. Not even the support links or email help go anywhere. Nice idea gone wrong.

Great convenient APP to compare local Jersey CI supermarket prices. More products will be added over the coming months. User can easily save over £1,000 per year on their family shopping, on consumable and non-consumable products.
