Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight

Terrible service. You can't get through to customer support at any time. There is no chat, you can't write to email. I don't want to use your stupid service.

If you need to cancel and try to use the ticket for another day they will charge you $700 if you try to chance the name for another person to use the ticket like your mom or dad or family you can’t so the only option was to cancel and they will return only the taxes money first flight was $7 sencond flight $100 my whole ticket was $800 total so just be aware!

When buying a room at a specific hotel with a specific room (we had needs that needed to be specifically met, we even called the hotel to confirm these needs could be met in advance) it sent me a confirmation for a different hotel? We called priceline and they were no help at all, they said there’s nothing they would do. We called the hotel to see if they could do anything but the hotel doesn’t have a credit card to refund the room to, so they literally can’t do anything no matter how hard they try. So, we called priceline again and of course they read the same script again basically telling us “no”. We also got hung up on multiple times after waiting a half hour on hold while customer service stepped away to “ask a supervisor if anything can be done”. Thank you priceline for completely ruining my expensive trip and not giving me my money back. I had to sleep in my car.

Try to return my flight ticket due to hurricane Beryl damage. All my friends get refund back from others company they purchase the ticket but Priceline say me no - they can’t do it!? They say they are unique company! Nice ! Thank you! Probably I will look for other company next time! How you going to spend my free money by the way? They no long term thinking- just take money and run!!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using PriceLine for a trip to Seattle. Unfortunately, I had an emergency and had to return early. When I requested refunds for my plane tickets for myself and my son, as well as the rental car that I returned early, and the hotel which was of poor quality and didn't deliver what I booked, I was met with nothing but frustration. I am terribly let down by PriceLine's lack of customer support and will not be using their services again.

Priceline is middle man. App is for convenience. If you select wrong date or have issue with booking good luck getting it fixed. PL takes money for service and takes a fee. Does not offer any service. Buyer beware.

Beyond the misleading prices, they are far worse. We booked a room and paid 101.24 for it. Upon arriving we are told we have to pay the motel an additional 50 dollars deposit which Priceline never mentioned. Now rich folk probably don’t care about this but check it out. We live in our car right now and the 101.24 was all our money. So Priceline agent attempts to call motel to cancel to get a refund but the motel refuses to refund so now we just got jacked by Priceline and this janky motel. It’s amazing to me how your company is really just a bunch of heartless money grubbing misleading advantage takers that would likely spit on their own grandmas for a buck.
