Good information of crafts ,and craft programs and good tv coming

In spite of contacting customer services on numerous occasions, I am unable to access the February edition. I am being told that my subscription does not exist which is untrue and need to pay £4.99. After deleting and reinstalling the app as instructed, I am now being asked to pay £4.99 for back editions! Giving up now.

Although I have set up the app and subscription as directed I cannot read the magazine. I just get a message to say that I don’t have access and £3.99 underneath!

Have been a subscriber for a couple of years and since a recent update, cannot access any full versions. Have been told to uninstall app, change my password etc. Done all of those and still no good. Now no reply after 3 days. Will not renew my subscription.

Have had this for at least 2 years and it was great. I got Prima Makes as well as Prima, along with a GH Christmas special and other one offs. It was updated recently and I could only access the 6 most recent issues of Prima. Now I can access the last 12 months but none of the other magazines are there and everything I saved has gone. I want to be able to access all the magazines I've read and saved articles from. How is this an improvement? Also, it kept telling me I wasn't a subscriber when I am. Customer support told me to delete the app and reinstall which didn't solve the problem. Eventually had to find my login details, logout and back in again. Now most times I go back to carry on reading, I have to log out again and log back in. Not great these days.

Cannot open an issue as apparently I'm not a subscriber when actually I am. Can't find how to login either. I have to delete the app and re download which is ridiculous. Getting totally fed up. Won't be renewing my subscription

NOT happy that issues disappear after 12 months. If I had known that I would have bought any in the first place. Certainly won't be buying any now.

I bought a subscription to Zest and Prima on my iPad so I could read them when I was traveling but now that I'm away all of my purchased copies have been removed and I'm being asked to pay for them again if I want to view them. I hope this is a bug and not for real, no response yet on my support request though.

I love Prima but as app it doesn't really work if, like me, you enjoy the free gifts and samples yet have to pay the same price.

I have bought Prima for a while but you cant send off for th knitting patterns as you have to send off the form from the magazine! Also you dont get the extra suppements that you get in the shops
