PRIME's home automation products now work with Google Home and Amazon Alexa.
-Set multiple custom timer schedules for indoor and outdoor lighting, fans, and other electrical devices.
-Manual ON/OFF control allows you to control your devices from your smartphone or tablet.
-Smart Scenes feature enables the linkage of multiple devices providing control of multiple devices at the same time.
-Easily add and configure multiple PRIME devices.
-Receive push notifications to alert you when devices activate.
*Requires internet access or cellular signal.

Bluetooth not connecting even when next to plug. No longer able to manually turn on and off via app.

Worst app ever. ! Absolutely no instructions in the box except download the app. Then proceed to meander through the app and try to figure it out yourself. Can only use the remote now to control the Christmas lights- just as easy to plug in the lights when you want them on or off- so completely useless.

Does not work like stated. Is not user friendly for non tech users. Does not automatically pair when plugged in. Frustrated non tech person.

I love this app. I’ve been using it for several years now with my Christmas lights set up. It’s very easy to use and it works every time. I’m going to get more smart plugs from these guys for my light expansion. Good work Prime.

One flawless.

The other turned off after 2 hours saying off line. Will not blink to allow reconnect to network. So unable to set schedule

I updated my device to iOS 18 and now the app is useless everything is offline please fix issue NOW
