Anyone ? Help

Bought tickets online (can’t do it through the app). After logging into the app and refreshing the tickets page for hours, I’m still yet to receive tickets!

Seemingly this app doesn’t tell you that it can access general settings on your phone when it can. When accessing the downloaded ticket, it automatically sets your brightness settings to max, and doesn’t put them back to how they were when the app closes. Really basic thing, not executed at all.

Sadly just like the WRU website this app is an absolute joke. I currently have five tickets to transfer to friends for 6N games thst I can’t move because the App says I’m not online even though I am.

Keep getting error cannot set up! Connectivity error although I’m on wifi!! Help please…

Clunky booking system attached to a clunky app. Everyone i bought a ticket for needs to create an account and download the app. Too much nosiness. Should be lighter

An absolute farce of an app.

This app is completely useless. It has the wrong email, name and phone account attached to it. I went to the WRU store who told me that they needed to contact the app developer department, which they did, but it still recognises the wrong details and there is no way of manually changing it in the app. Sort it out WRU!

Had to miss a game (wales vs Argentina) that I had paid fully for as it wouldn’t let me log in to get my tickets so I couldn’t go

This app does not work. Tickets not showing in app…tickets they have the check to charge a booking fee for! Customer service is non existent … don’t respond to app issues, don’t respond to emails , don’t answer the phone and apparently everyone is ‘still following government guidelines’ … if I could give minus stars I would. Off to raise a credit card dispute for items not received! Really poor showing and impact on WRU!
