Priorities

It took me a little while to streamline the information I needed to process with Priorities, but I now have a smooth system that keeps me up-to-date with my various responsibilities. The "repeating" function has permitted me to enter my weekly, monthly, yearly, and even periodically repetitive tasks. It gives me TREMENDOUS peace of mind knowing that Priorities will remind me of all upcoming responsibilities. POWERFUL AND FLEXIBLE APP FOR SUCH A SMALL PRICE.

Much better than a simple task app, but much cleaner and less complicated than a projects platform. There is a bit of fine-tuning left for my preferred approach (like a way to save completed tasks, opening at the same page each time, vs the last page), but very little remains to achieve real excellence. The web app is robust, the look is clean and professional, and the performance is smooth and without a glitch. I have returned to it repeatedly after being tempted to try newer offerings. And, it's one of the best and cleanest GTD implementations available.

This is the best to-do list app I have come across and I have tried many (not an understatement!). I love the clean design, the ability to organize in folders and the ability to integrate with my calendar. Love it! My one suggestion would be for more ability to manage repeating entries (i.e., repeat until, custom repeat, etc.), but these are not ‘must-haves’ to make this a fantastic app.

I have tried several To-Do list applications, but keep coming back to this application. This is simple and best application. I like the way you can create sub-tasks under a task. If you are looking for Simple yet Powerful Application, this is it. It has made managing day to day tasks & priorities so simpler. Key to success for this app would be simplicity and I hope developer of this app will not make it complicated in future. Suggestions: (1) setting up scheduled date and alert takes lots of clicks. It can be made simpler. (2) One tap rescheduling option would be a nice addition (3) There are no shortcuts for Apple Smart Keyboard while working on iPad Pro. Every time you have to touch the screen. Shortcuts like adding new priority, scrolling through list would help. If I am developer, I would think how can this application made work with only Smart Keyboard without touching the screen. (3) Fingerprint login

I've been using this outstanding app for over a year and love it. Very simple and what I was looking for. Only problem lack of response from app creators. Looks like they gave up on it. Too bad lots of potential and very good app!! No support or response to emails.

While there are some missing features I dearly wish were added to the app, I still come back to Priorities as one of the best todo apps in the store. Why not 5 stars? The developer used to be outstanding at responding to emails. Now, as others have mentioned, emails are met with silence.

I have tried many to do lists over the years, even workshops I've attended. This app though is by far the best to do organizer out there ever!

Some bugs need to be fixed. When I try to unselect the day of the week I want an activity to be repeated, it does not work. It used to be fine before.

This my go-to app to keep my life in order. Whether it is to remind me to clip my dogs'nails, do spring cleaning, get bloodwork done or complete a single important (or not so important) task this is my app. I I love that it syncs all my devices and adds and removes tasks from my calendar.
