I signed up for a 3 day free trial, canceled it the same day and was charged for a year’s subscription. Unbelievable. I have now lost R489 and have no subscription and I can’t submit a refund request. Worst service ever

Unrealistic prices
The “rent to use” model is like Covid-19 in the App Store. The price really makes no sense unless the target is the 1% who use this for commercial purposes. The full screen pop-ups are rather unnecessary

I do not have an option to cancel the subscription. Help.

Perfect application
Unfairly charged
Cancelled this the day it subscribed me (I didn’t know it automatically subscribed). I never used it once and mailed countless times to remove my subscription the day of and entire week after it subscribed me (for a whole year) to no avail. Very bad experience with customer service and off-putting to be charged a high amount automatically and unfairly. I believe if you cancel and have valid reasoning you should not be charged for a service you do not use and were an automatic subscription you were not aware of.
