For the last two weeks I have spent way too much time. I used to be able to reset device and that would fix connection problem. I follow all the steps in order and it’s still glitching. Won’t let me stream. Says my WiFi password is incorrect and I know it’s not. Thinking about trashing it.

For some reason the internet connection doesn’t work and I can’t stream

it keeps saying to update my puppis s1 and i pressed on update. it has been on “updating” for an hour now. whenever i go out of the tab it stops updating too. help me.

App doesn't work on iPhone 14 Pro Max. It keeps telling me to turn my Bluetooth on but my Bluetooth IS already on.

Even though the QR Code change with my Carina W1 battery pack, there are no features on this app dedicated to that peripheral.
