Make sure the prisoner knows what time your call is so they can be there asap as my call started straight away at time stated and prisoner wasnt in room so i lost half of my call .

Great way to be able to see my son. Always really clear and sharp video link.

Rang through the app once, when I tried to accept the call it did nothing and the call did not happen. I waited on the app for 40 minutes and received no call or option to join. Thanks for wasting my time.

My son is about 3.5 drive away ,and because of my health I can not visit every month so the video calling is brilliant because I get to seem him on video ,who ever thought of this Idea did well it is very helpful . I’m ever so grateful for this service . Thank you get to see him as well .

videos gets paused for literally anything.. showing too much skin?? no screenshots allowed of loved one? They do what they can to be as awkward as possible. But the app itself functions well hence the 2 stars

Absolutely shocking service video call never connects pauses all the time they decline the video call day before meant to start over all rubbish DO NOT USE
