I have topped up for a silver pack and it is still telling me to confirm a pack when I’ve already paid and won’t make me move on to the next step im furious as this is a waste of money

The app just signs out when it wants to. It makes signing back it very difficult if your details change. It’s a long process to change your number if different to the one you signed up with.

This service has been a life saver. I was wondering are there any plans to make this available to use on an Apple Watch? It doesn’t ring on my watch which I thought it would. Could there be discussions about making this happen?! Thank you in advance!!!!

Version unreliable. Call drops unexpectedly. Would not recommend.

This app was essentially created to convert your mobile number into a landline under the guise of saving the prisoner money. I used this app 4 years ago to keep in touch with my partner ,unfortunately I’ve had to use it again. In the past 2 months I’ve apparently saved my partner £227. Not only do you have to pay for the monthly subscription that includes such a small amount of minutes, of which they know are not sufficient for the whole month so you’re forced to top up minute bundles hence the £227 which is money I have topped up whilst sending money for him to top up his account. I’ve now found an alternative and urge anyone using this app or thinking of using it to download Virtuallandline which converts your mobile into a landline and is only £4.50 a month with no extra charges. This is yet another way for the system to profit off!!!!!

This app has been an amazing help throughout the last 2 years, and their customer service is amazing! Super quick responses and always helpful, i have nothing bad to say!!

I can’t work out how to add credit. It’s so complicated and difficult to navigate and very poor directions

The app works really well. This is a great service for keeping in touch with loved ones. Highly recommended.

When l saw this app l thought it was a great idea so l went ahead and set up a direct debit. I left my first message and was looking forward to my first reply. This was on the 17 th december and I’m still waiting for my account to be approved 10 days later, even though l was told it should only take 3 days.!! When l rang the prison they told me it wasn’t their fault it was the fault of a third party who deal with the approval.! There’s no way l can get hold of them so I’m going to cancel my subscription so anyone who thinks this app is a great idea please think again because there are obvious failings in the system.!! ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD BE UTTERLY APPAULED AND QUITE FRANKLY SHOULD NOT BE TRADING. THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I HAVE SPENT ON THIS SERVICE WHEN I COULD OF JUST BOUGHT A LANDLINE PHONE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE SOCKET FOR A LANDLINE - USE UNLIMITED PRISON CALLS ONLINE £20 PER MONTH FOR UNLIMITED CALLS MY OPINION THE VOICEMAIL IS A WASTE OF A SERVICE DO NOT BUY
