I scheduled an appointment a week prior to the date for an in-house message and they cancelled it the day before. I traveled all the way back to NYC earlier than needed to commit to this message only to land and receive an influx of emails saying my appointment was cancelled.

The experience with the stylist was excellent. The Priv app, concierge chat and experience with the Priv side (chat couldn't send from app, had to use browser) was a challenge.

After setting up hair and makeup appointments, many cancelled. Priv was able to find alternative but they also cancelled! I was so stressed that even on the day of the event someone cancelled!!! Talk about STRESS! But they did find someone last minute to come.

Makeup was so natural and beautiful! I looked like an elevated version of myself! Loved the look so much!
