I downloaded TorGuard and selected the FREE 7 DAYS TRIAL, so I could test if TorGuard works in my country. However, I was unable to use it, and then I received a notification that a monthly charge was deducted from my GCash wallet, even though I initially chose the trial to test the service. Please refund my money as I could not use your service, and it’s unfair that the monthly charge was deducted when I selected the 7-day trial.

They said it has free but its a lie. U have to pay almost 700 for this nonsense app
i accidentally tap the subscription button which i thought was a free 7 day trial. but then it accidentally subtracted to my account and i dont want to use the app. so can i please get a refund 🥺
They say the first few days is a trial but automatically deducts money upon installing the app. What a scam.
Works just fine on mac though not specifically made for mac. Don't want to install the mac version then which requires rosetta. Just using torguard apps from appstore for iphone, ipad & mac.
Nice app with plenty of options & easy to use. Using all torguard vpn apps on different os and no complaints there. Not the cheapest but easily one of the best if not the best.
