PriviChat is a comprehensive system that provides and manages secure text messages at the enterprise level. An organization can decide which employees appear on a client’s contact list within the PriviChat app. If a client is serviced by a team, all members of the team can be immediately available to the client. If the team servicing a client changes, the client’s contact list within the PriviChat app will be automatically updated to reflect the removal or addition of a team member. If desired by the organization, any client’s connection to prior team members can be blocked. Organizations can also allow employees to self-manage their clients by assigning the necessary permissions.
