Please refund. This is horrible.

This app was very hard to use, not intuitive at all. I’m convinced all the good reviews were written by the developers. I wanted to use it so that my siblings and I, all in different cities, could coordinate and delegate planning of our fathers 80th birthday party. I did not anticipate that we would all need to pay the subscription fee to be able to use the app. I had hoped we as a group would only need one subscription for a single event. I never got any farther than inviting a sibling and it was apparent it wasn’t going to work for since even that was a struggle and a lot of the features that were supposed to be there I could t even find.

I purchased this app a month ago, paid for the premium monthly subscription and the synch/collaborate add-on. I’ve tried several times to send invites to collaborate but the “click here to start accessing the event information” link in the invites are “--“. I also deleted the app and reinstalled, still have the same issue. If I try to backup or export I get the following error “insufficient permissions: request had insufficient authentication scopes”.

I could totally see this being a great product but not with all the bugs and crashes. I scrolled through and see that many of the problems I’m having were posted about over a year ago. Obviously, they are no longer updating the app and removing bugs.

App crashes when importing contact information.

Trouble connecting contacts. Bugs needs some work Lacking features for virtual events. Sync with other co-planners is not working. Would be nice to be able to connect and share pictures, etc. This has been a good app over the years. Note: if it doesn’t get some updates on features it will become an app that is outdated.

Paid for the app, I couldn’t import my contacts as it would crash every single time I tried to add people. And I even email for support and still no reply... horrible service.

I was very disappointed in this app. I got it for the menu planning function and quickly regretted the purchase. I can do more creating and using an excel spread sheet. This app is just a list and it doesn’t organize at all.

Is this app from the land before time? Needs a serious revamp. Seriously regret buying don’t get it!

I have invested a great deal of time and effort into setting up my party on this app. Now it’s beginning to crash every time I open different categories! Someone needs to fix this now!! I will update this review if/when it happens.
