Procurant Task is a Mobile application that provides checklist management for Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) food safety programs and operational task management.

Procurant Task offers a digital task and food safety management system that:
• Conducts daily, weekly, monthly required tasks right from a mobile device.
• Temperature Measurement to ensure HACCP Compliance
• Unique schedule capabilities for any checklist including checklist requiring on-demand availability
• Ability to digitally track Cook and Cool process by individual food item
• Records and stores all task observations within the Procurant cloud for anytime access.
• Consistent & complete reporting available with unique subscriptions
• Provides Corrective action alerts
• Photo/Video/Audio Capture with notes for accurate recordkeeping
• Auto-Advance checklist capabilities for a more rapid workflow

The Procurant Task application provides reliable and secure network connectivity to the Procurant Task server from any Apple Mobile Device. The Procurant Task application is free to download and install, but it requires a valid Procurant Task account.

The software is great the interface is terrible. The buttons to click and check off are too small and too close to each other causing errors and issues. If the would make use of the entire screen not just the top 20% and moved the valid and invalid buttons to opposite sides of the screen there would be a lot less issues.
