always something went wrong

applikasi nya susah untuk di akses, error terus. please mending ganti IT ajaa. ini kan app untuk kesehatan tapi di peribet gini😵‍💫 mau ambil tes banyak error nyaaa 🤦🏻‍♀️

Web dan aplikasi masih maintanance jd g bisa login sudah nyoba 3 jam lebih utk lihat hasil lab, tlp centernya juga g bantu katanya baru kelar 1 bulan lagi.. sdgkan di prodia cabang renon bilangnya 2 hari sdh selesai.. kek mana ini. g bisa ambil hasil lgs krn di luar kota, ambil hasil sesusah ini. Bayar sendiri, pergi sendiri susah sendiri..

Buat akun aja susah , verifikasi emailnya aja gak masuk2 kodenya. Call Prodia gak di angkat2. 🥲😅

Appnya lebih sering error drpd berfungsi

Dulu bagus appnya, skrg klo mau cr tes ato panel selalu kosong/tidak ditemukan datanya. Entah ni jadi ngaco gini sejak ada U by prodia kali. Kita disuru pindah ke U mulu, tp pas download n coba pake U juga malah ga ada OTPnya dikirim. Sekaeang kedua aplikasi prodia ga bs dipake. Siapa tuh app developer/agency nya... Very bad app development and bad customer experience.

Ngirim OTP ke email tapi ga masuk. Setelah ngecek email, mau balik lagi ke appnya, malah ke-refresh dari awal. Gmn coba mau masuk ke app-nya?
