I’ve used the app for a couple of years now and I’ve rarely had an issue. At first I did because I didn’t know how to redeem but the support staff helped me with that. Great app. Great vouchers. Very nice and easy to do for the odd Amazon voucher to be applied. Thank you :)

Simple and straightforward. What more could you ask for when looking to earn a little extra cash.

They have been getting worse as time goes on, my partner has used this app for a while and recommended it to me, I have done a previous video and they paid out after two weeks, the last video I have done and two of my friends and none of us have been paid out, contacted support and it’s taken four weeks to get a denial of payment, do not recommend this app anymore unfortunately

Don’t waste your time, they don’t pay you

A very unhappy experience so far and really poor service, completed a $30 study regarding multipack crisps in store and was showing as accepted on the app. Checked today and it’s been completely removed and is no longer in accepted or completed. No communication from the brand and I find it very funny how a $10 study has been listed and pretty much covers the same questions I did in store but for less money!! I would prefer to deal with a brand that acts with integrity and is transparent with their users. I’ve asked a few people who use the app and they’ve also had the same negative experience. I have screenshots of where my study was showing and still have the videos on my phone which I submitted. Not a good experience at all and zero communication

I wrote a bad review before in regards to the app because I wasn’t aware that they actually sent me the gift card previously and I just went through my emails and I found it there so it was my bad. They’ve been patient and kind and I do recommend them 100%, thanks

I’ve contacted support for support. However their support/advice was to log out then log back in again, if that didn’t work to try reinstalling the app and if that didn’t work to use the website. I’m yet to receive a single task to do. Apparently there’s an introductory task to do too but still haven’t received that. Very disappointing considering there’s so many good reviews.

I’ve had this app for about 3 weeks now. The jobs only come up now and again but they’re so easy to do and a great way to earn a little extra.

Hi my partner registered for the product tube app but mistakenly unsubscribed from emails and has been trying to sign in, he has emailed support and tried a password reset till now nothing has been sent plus I did multiple surveys and no reward, I’ve raised tickets and no response till now, it’s sad cause my friends who did after me habe gotten theirs except me

Great app. I have participated in few projects, couple were rejected but all in all I have a great experience with it. I helped me build an Amazon vouchers balance. Tasks are not complex but app itself need a bit of a development. Overall, if you need some extra cash and have a spare time to record some videos whilst shopping in your usual supermarket Product Tube is a great app for it.
