Professional Photo Editor App

I payed someone to retouch my photo, I told her/him what I want to be changed, and it say that it’s done…. But the photo hasn’t been changed, it’s exactly the same

I find it pathetic to ask people for money for minor fixes of a picture when there are apps out there doing it for free.i initially saw your pictures and I downloaded the app..only to have the bad surprise to see I'm asked to pay 2,99$ to reduce eye bags and wrinkles ..come on.i don't want to give the name of the best app out there that does way more than this and for free.shame you have to do this.its not about the amount of money you ask,its about you offering a service everyone else offers for free,while you ask for money.sorry can't do .

Aceasta aplicatie este o minciuna. Nu poti sa faci nimic cu ea daca nu cumperi dupa ce o instalezi uneltele de editare. Iti este prezenta ca este gratis, dar defapt ca sa o utilizezi trebuie sa cumperi tools-urile de editare. Pierdere de timp.

This picture was not corrected at all. Usually line sagging in the neck area are smoothed, not this time. I am not happy. I did not see an update at all. Paid for nothing

I hate the fact that the artist can do pictures in 5 minutes ALL WRONG ! &. Theres no way to get your money back or a do over:

I have alway had a good experience with this app. Always satisfied. But this time I sent in an over exposed photo. Very self explanatory. However when I got it back, there was one line across the face. That’s it. I am going to try to use the more expensive option to see if that makes a difference. But I shouldn’t have to do that.

I just submitted few of my photos and when I received them back, I was simply amazed at how stunning they looked! The quality of the edits was absolutely top-notch and exceeded my expectations in every way. I could not be happier with the results. One of the things I loved most about using Retouchify was that their editors really cared about making sure that I was completely happy with the final result. They were incredibly patient and willing to make any changes I requested, no matter how small. Thank you!
