Scrolling doesn’t work. For example, when viewing claims, you can’t scroll down so you can only view the top claim or two.

I can’t believe such a big organisation with a medical aid for professionals have a shocking app like this.

This app is so old and poorly designed. You can’t even get a membership certificate.

When I open the app it asks me to login or register but only has a register option so cannot even login as it will not let me login because i have an existing profile. So cannot review any other app features. Useless app!!

I was sent a temporary password. Now there are no place to change my password so I’m stuck with the temporary password.

Suddenly cannot log in even though I have the correct password. When I try to create a new password it tells me that my temporary password doesn’t work. When I used to be able to log in I was unable to print open documents. Who runs this app?

Same problem as other commentators. Cannot register or log in to the app. Get message that the user already exist - and then what ?

Says I am not registered, I put in my details and it says I am registered? But can’t log me in?

Useless app. I had to again delete this app because it does not allow me to access my existing account.

Worst app I’ve tried to use in long time. Cant logon, cant change password. Better without. Their website just as bad. Fortunately the medical aid plan itself is good.
