This app is so good it keepsake from sleeping! It really puts you in real life positions. I think the best thing is the discussion that follows each and every case. The discussion is logical and explains the finding is a simplistic but valuable way Thumbs up for who ever is responsible for the development and update of the app

Excellent scenarios. I am a school nurse and use these cases as educational tools in keeping up with my medical science experiences. Despite they are for doctors, I have told other nurses and students in the medical field to check them out. Knowledge is power no matter where it comes from. Keep those cases coming.
