- When you're happy with the final version send it out to tenants for electronic signing via email.
- Signatures are collected using Advanced Electronic Signing that requires two factor authentication.

- Tenants can pay via their mobile banking provider with all details of the payment pre-appended - a safer way to pay.
- Standing orders, and single payments can be created in minutes.

The tenancy portal:
- The tenancy portal provides everyone in the tenancy group a way to access what's happening in their tenancy.
- View all the necessary legal documentation.
- A centralised space for communicating with your tenancy and logging issues.

Deposit registration and certification:
- We partner with TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme Ltd) to provide compliant tenancy deposit management.
- Receive the deposit from your tenants and register it all within the app.
- Pay the deposit to TDS using Open Banking.
- Access the Deposit Protection Certificate in the tenancy portal.

External communication
- Propa uses a mixture of email and push notifications to let landlords and tenants know about tenancy events.
- Payment reminders are sent to tenants with instructions on how to pay.
- Email receipts are sent when payments successfully complete.
