Lots of scammers
Third party agents. They are posted direct from owner but asking for commissions. These people should be banned. They will not even give you the contact number & location of the real state company.
Why not to show full price with government fees?
Definitely it’s a market practice, but why not to show full price, which would include 4% DLD fee (for properties in Dubai). Of course, you can say that DLD fee is 2% from buyer and 2% from seller as per the standard regulation, yet in real practice full 4% is paid by the buyer. At least giving an OPTION (not by default) for user to list properties with full prices including DLD, 2% agent commission, trustees fee and title deed fee will significantly improve the experience.
