I can’t log in on the app, only on the website. What’s the point?

$13 for a “convenience fee” this is ridiculous. Also, the app is trash and is not a good user experience. Do better, and stop robbing people.

If I could have have a zero star’s rating I would have. App has so many bugs that you can’t even get it going.

This app is forcing an update but there is no way to do so leaving the app useless. The developers need to go back for more training!

I scheduled my first HoA payment online through the website and that was confirmed through email. I received another email saying a payment was scheduled with $13 in processing fees. I logged into the app and did not see the first scheduled payment I had made, just the scheduled payment with the $13 processing fees. I deleted that payment and thinking I no longer had anything scheduled created a second payment in the app. I am aware of my user error but why wouldn't my website payment show as pending in the app? Not a good user experience.

Unfortunately the app is as useless as their website. Can’t do my HOA payments, site always down. If I could give it a negative star review I would.

Worst UI I have seen in an app the only reason I have this app is it is what my property manager uses. Tells you that you need to update it and go to the App Store but no update to be found. A single payment looks like a payment schedule. The developers of this app have to be brain dead so many things make no sense.

Why does this app charge a fee for payments using a bank account? I can use the same account to pay for free online. Useless app...

When I attempt to login, I’m told that an update is available but when I go to update, the same version downloads 😕. Also, when I try and enter the amount to pay the keyboard doesn’t pop up, I have to tap the field repeatedly!!! Hopefully when the update does become available it will resolve this issue!!

The login page is blank. There is a message to update app yet no update app is available.
