No Windows Support
My workstation is a PC and I don’t see anything to get this working on windows. When on the site which looks ancient it only shows Mac downloads.

ProRemote on an iPad is like having four Mackie Control Universal Pros, but better because it's wireless and much less expensive. You get almost $4k of hardware for the price of ProRemote. And ProRemote also works on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
Need an XY controller? Check out Pro XY. Use gravity to turn your knobs! Pro XY can also be unlocked in ProRemote.
MIDI pads for drum programming or other tasks sounds nice, right? ProPads is your solution and can also be subscribed to within ProRemote.
ProRemote also contains a virtual mouse and keyboard that allows full control of your audio machine for those hard to reach places! You can see and control your full computer from anywhere in your studio!

* Please note that certain Avid or Digidesign Ethernet based control surfaces can interfere with ProRemote's ability to control all 32 channels. In some cases ProTools will limit MIDI control surfaces to eight channels only. Please purchase the Light Edition if you own a C24 specifically or contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.
* We will no longer support any iOS less than iOS 14 with this release. * For those users with older devices that cannot run iOS 14, just stay with the older version of ProRemote, it is still fully supported and can still be restored from the AppStore without problems. *

Thought it was for windows. Glad I didn’t get the paid version.
So far so good
I just downloaded this app. You have to download the software for the server to your computer which I was not aware of. That being said, once installed and a few network updates on my iPhone, this is working well. The features and consistency are far superior to the iPad EU controller offered by Avid. I have no affiliation with this product, just want people who need it to trust the purchase. Eric

Useless
I bought this for $99 when it first came out thinking it was a game changer but wasted my money. I want a refund because this app does nothing.
Pretty much useless
From what I can tell, this is a glorified remote fader. Hard to know, though, since the company offers no instructions on how to use it. But so far I've found no way, for example, to start and stop recording. Total waste of money for my purposes. You can't use this to actually operate Pro Tools from a live room or vocal booth, for instance.

The app never worked for me on either macbook's
I downloaded this program and installed the software. The device connects with the server on the computer but does not show in the audio midi setup window thus preventing the app to connect to protools. May I have a refund please?!?!

AS SOON AS I GOT IT...I HAD TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CONNECT IT TO MY MACBOOK PRO...BUT WHEN IT DID...I WAS COOKIN EGGS N PANCAKES IN THE KITCHEN,WHILE RUNNIN PROTOOLS SESSION IN A WHOLE DIFFERENT ROOM...THRU A HALLWAY,AND COMMON AREA...RESPONDS TO THE TOUCH...YOU GOTTA MAC...RUNNING PROTOOLS....BUY IT NOW...IT IS THE DOPE ISH....I LOVE IT...BYE BYE 002 SURFACE....
