Prospa - Business Account

Bad network always if you put your money there am sorry for you my money is still there over month now

My money has been pending since on 25th of last month I regret banking with them till now nothing has been done

Over a year now I have being with Prospa, they even help me to register my business name, hope to grow with prospa, but this year has being terrible with prospa. Customer care service is nothing to write home about both email and mobile number. No guarantee for funds transfer to be received by the recipient. If you are a business owner. Please don’t let prospa frustrate you.

They held my money since 15th February the sum of 8140Ghs After several complaints on twitter(X) they sent 3000Ghs, they are still yet to complete my money.

Poor customer service. I’ll give it a 1 star because they call customers but they will never attend to your issues. It’s as if, after the call, they sideline your issues. Deleting the app now

They are scammers oh they lucked my money since last year for no reason don’t open any account with them

Slick user interface that it better than my native banks app. Payments are so easy . 5 stars. Cons Some annoying limitations: 500K transfer limit, SMS notification not working , some settings should be saved and remembered in the GUI so user doesn’t have to keep entering them again (like recipients email ), bugs adding team members to an account

Sent payment for company name registration since 15 of June! This clowns never rendered the service and since then never refunded my money kept playing with wretched their parents, you have till Monday which is the ultimatum I am giving you idiots! By Monday I don’t see my refund then we will go to court! You can’t hold my money for months without refunding and you will be using it to do business. You’re into loans and I’m sure you know what that means. Till then, is not every Nigerian that you will scam!
