The app has been great until the most recent update. It takes up to five minutes and will say “unable to process—-“ if I want to switch it on or off. Just reporting so it can be fixed. Will rate to 5 after fixed.

It’s like whenever I need it something is magically wrong with the app. If you can’t get into the app and your card is locked there’s no other way to unlock the card even if I use the online banking app.

After 4 years and 10 new cards from pesky fraudulent hits, I found out about the card control app! I do like the app but it’s a little curve getting used to it. 🥴

Is anyone else’s card not working? I talked to the lady to confirm that the “fraud” was me making a purchase and said she’ll revert the fraud block on my card. Only for me to try to use my card again and notice that it’s still not working.

I waited for hours to get a “6 digit token” and tried multiple times to refresh it and never received one. The app is very slow and not helpful at all. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

I have to say the app is easy and straightforward to use it. You can learn about any transactions from your card. When you find something wrong or you didn’t charge something then you can turn your card off

This is a great app and tool to stay on top of the security of your cards.

Why does this have to be a separate app? You can't even use it on its own, you have to open the regular app, click card control in the menu, and then be redirected to this app each time. After all that you still can't block recurring payments. What's the point?

Seemed good downloaded then updated some things and now the app won’t open :(

So far so good!! I don’t think I understand how to setup regions though—is a region simply the area showing on the map when I save it? If so, beyond easy!
