Great bank, great employees!

Friendly and helpful

The people at Prosperity are super friendly and will help you with any transactions or questions you have.

Outdated and glitchy

This app always locks me out but will let me login on safari. Super slow and outdated. Also made using Zelle much less convenient.

Fix this app!

If I don’t log into my app everyday than I get locked out of it! Also not having card control in the same app makes me unnecessarily have another app on my phone.

When it works it works

This app about 8/10 times works correctly. The other 2 times I try to login and it “cannot validate my information” and locks my account forcing me to call.
