Please note that concurrent use of the protel Air is a requirement for using the app. A protel license code is required for full usage. For further information please contact our protel Support Team or your protel Support Partner.
You can only use the protel Air for iPad App if you are a protel Air customer already.

Why always work at your desk?
For all those who already manage their hotel with our cloud-based hotel management software protel Air: Use this mobile app as an optional add-on to your protel Air hotel management system. The app enables you to use classic front office features such as room plan, room type plan, guest profiles and active lists on your iPad or iPhone, in addition to your stationary work stations.
Using protel Air in combination with the protel Air app is not only resourceful but also very flexible. Spare your guests unnecessary waiting time and check them in instantly while greeting them, retrieve current statistics via iPhone during meetings, or use the iPad as a "floating front desk" to flexibly manage peak season.
What can you do with the protel Air for iPad?
- View, edit and create reservations
- Check availabilities with the reservation enquiry, and directly create reservations
- Work with room plan and room type plan
- Create and edit guest profiles
- Use Active Lists
- Create and print reports, or email them
- Check-in/check-out
- Sign registration forms directly on the iPad

Ambitioniertes Programm was den Desktopeinsatz für uns leider noch nicht ganz ersetzen kann

Kann Kreditkartendaten nicht einsehen und farbige Markierungen an Bestellungen kann ich auch nicht vornehmen. Es ist ein ambitioniertes aber noch nicht ausgereiftes System um ganz den Desktop Modus zu ersetzen. Ich hoffe! das ich bald alles mit der Software vom IPad erledigen kann, wir vermieten Apartments und sind nur unterwegs.
