it scans products very slowly, then shows that it misread the label, takes a very long time to process, and most of the time it ends up giving errors. Those offers that pop up at the beginning, where you have to decline every single time in order to move forward, are extremely annoying. It’s not normal for a paid app to force me, every time I open it, to accept or decline some offers. The way the app is structured right now brings almost no real value.
Farming my information and then tracking what supps I'm using? You don't get to harvest my data AND then charge me just to show me Info that's free online.
The app provides generic info at best. Half of the supplements I use were not listed. The app got more out of me than I got from it because I had to upload pictures to get any information on those. For that, you might as well use an AI tool instead. You’ll get far more comprehensive info.
App is trash it wouldn’t even let me try out the service before paying to see if it actually works and before I even know that it wanted me to rate it …really?

This app wants you to answer their questions to make statistics while changing you 30$ a month to see what the stats of the products you scan are. Basically the app is useless until you put in $30 yearly. I hate it when they won’t tell you these things. These Diddy LLCs got to change
This is a typical app that doesn’t provide any evidence that it works with out you first purchasing $69.99 for the yearly subscription. Not a good practice maybe at least offer a free trial to scan products before taking your money.
Can’t believe they don’t offer a sample of what I’m paying for. I’d gladly pay if I knew what I was getting. They just want money from the very start. Moving on to another app.
