Please fix the receipts downloading issue I’m unable to share or download receipts after making payments and also the transaction dates are wrong

I like the fact that the bank charges are business friendly but Pls work on signing-in interface it’s tiring typing my username all the time,it should be there by default or be removed totally,the app could use an upgrade for better user experience.

I kept telling to put otp with random number... And I put the exact set of numbers sent to me, but it keeps telling me it's wrong

why is the otp not working? i literally put it in and the app told me to type random numbers, i’m lost.

The App is very amazing, easy to operate and navigate. Providus is fast becoming my favorite plug for banking transactions. Having said this, I would like to propose a Dark mode option for the app, for some of us that don’t like the white themes it would be nice to have a dark mode option. Also it enhances the beauty of the colour choice you have made for the app. Thank you so much.

it’s really frustrating that i will have to enter a date before i view my transaction history especially for recent transactions please fix this, i can see lots of people complaining about that and no replies to anyone that’s annoying, we are your customers and there is room for complaint, once customers are complaining over something i feel the solution is to resolve it, we are the one using the app and we are also the ones facing the challenges

It appears this app only works for accounts opened online or via the app, it doesn't work with accounts opened inside the banking hall. This is another setback.

Seem less app but please include a dark theme/ night mode interface. Bright screen lights not good for we visually impaired persons.. thanks

I’ve not really hard any issues ever since I started using Providus. I’m really satisfied. You really deserve to be the bank of the year. Your app uniqueness, swift transactions, and overall performance is really top notch. Kudos to y’all. I only fear, you don’t get to change and become like others as the years go by…
