the app is terrible is out of date and doesn’t work half the time
The app is very easy to use. It’s very reliable. It’s not very often where you have problems getting logged in like other banks where it seems to be down all the time. I’m very happy with the credit union app. I would recommend the credit union if they hadn’t to Malgum it and kind of become big bank like I look forward to finding another small bank that treats me like a person
This app is incredibly buggy. It freezes, won’t let me click anything, refers me to contact support and says there’s an issue. If I restart the app a few times eventually it will work. Please fix it!
it’s slow hate how it takes so long to sign in. a lot of times i try to get on the app it won’t work which makes me late for a payment.
Had CU customer service talk me through making sure all of my information was correct and helped me set up a new bills to be paid.she sure did make it easy was not hard on the brain. Sure wish CU would set up a class to teach “How To Use Your CU App .”!?
It’s a pain to have to go through everything just to view your account sign in verification code. It’s definitely not a quick way to view your account unlike the Royal Bank where it’s Face ID so convenient.
Decent app. But nobody at the bank seems to know how to get it so that both myself and my wife receive separate verification numbers since we were all made to update to a password.
The security features which have been added have made it extremely difficult to use. It is now very inconsistent for access. We would like to stay with the credit union however this app better improve.
Similar functionality as the apps from the competition, just a more simple look and feel. I only miss the fact that I cannot give the 'Bill Payees' a nickname, if you have multiple accounts at a certain organization its harder to see which one is for what.
