Terrible app
This app is so poor. Cannot log in and after every update, there are and more issues. Honestly the development company behind this should be fired. Appalling for such a huge company to have such a poor app. As a resident once cannot even make basic requests. Might as well do the requests on paper
My unit number doesn’t show up in the units list
I tried many times but my unit number Noya-N2-TH-411 is not listed in the units list
Terrible app! It never works
This is the worst app I’ve ever seen. I use it to book the amenities ( ie. tennis court ) in my building complex but it has never once worked. I’ve been living at this place for nearly one year and it has never worked. I always have to go to the reception to be able to book the amenities while also being told they are not allowed to make the booking for me.
Booking doesn’t work
I use this app for one thing only, booking amenities like the basketball court in my compound. Unfortunately, it also does this horribly, half the time the booking doesn’t even show up on the system for the reception to see, so I end up looking like an idiot who didn’t book the thing I’m trying to access and when I book it in front of the receptionist showing that I did the process of booking the amenities, I still can’t access the amenities because it hasn’t shown up on their system.

Loading for ages, useless app
I've been attempting to submit a replacement request for my lost access card for the past three days. Unfortunately, the SUPER AMAZING PROVIS APP won't let me log in. Despite repeatedly deleting and reinstalling the app, I still can't manage to log in. Even after all my attempts, my unit number or other unit numbers don't show up on the app.
Not safe
It’s login to another account
Loading infinitely, now cannot log in using email I’ve always used
App stopped loading for me and now it doesn’t even recognise the email address I’ve always used. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times. Just get a proper app developer and fix it once and for all.
Not working
App is not working and is always stuck on loading screen.
