Sign in with your username and password, and if this is your first time using the app, enroll in our secure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to keep your account safe.
Verify your email address, then sign up for SMS and Phone Call authentication to complete set up. Next time you login, you can choose which factor you would like to authenticate with, and will verify with a One-Time Passcode.

Customer service question

Login and MFA error
This app is the most horrible and painful to access… especially this MFA that they have implemented is always come with an error… Please fix this at the earliest
Where did “next meter reading” date go?
I used to look forward to seeing when next meter reading will be in the “Services” tab. Then it got removed sometime in early 2024. I even tried looking in website under my account. Now I have to guess when my next bill will be displayed onto the app
App and website both TERRIBLE
I can not log into the website. I tried setting up the app and after wasting 10 MORE MINUTES of my time it would not link my account that has been in service with good standing for over 20 years at the same address. PSe&G has ALWAYS had a difficult website to navigate and the app is no different. I’ve never had to recieve an e-mail, a text AND a phone call to ever set up an account for any other app, and then I’m told to call a 1-800 number to complete setting up an account. Screw that!
Doesn’t work
Despite trying all three authorization factors, i get an email that there is an error I can’t be logged in. So I needed to call and wait 20 minutes. Rep could not help me with issue. Useless
Face ID doesn’t work
I’m giving one star because face time is broken and does not work
App will not load my.
The app stopped working after they added 2 step verification. My account data will not load.
Missing Apple Pay
I wish they’d add Apple Pay as an option.
